Easy to use, compact and economical hydraulic crimper for securely crimping standard stainless steel swage fittings, copper ferrules, aluminium ferrules, stop ferrules and Mil-Spec fittings from 0.8mm (1/32") up to 5mm (3/16") onto compatible wire rope. 

The high-quality C-Shape crimping head rotates through 180 degrees allowing you to crimp comfortably in confined spaces with a pressing force of 12 tonnes. It has a two-speed action and is fitted with a safety value which automatically releases when the maximum pressure is reached. 

Once swaged the strength of the termination (cable end fitting) will be 90% of the minimum breaking load of the cable for the Ferrule Secured Eyes, Standard Stainless Swage Fittings with a shank & MS20664 Balls fitted on 7x7 & 7x19 construction wire ropes & 50% of the minimum breaking load of the cable for the BA3 Balls fitting on 7x7 & 7x19 construction wire ropes in line with EN Standard 13411-4:2011 (Terminations for steel wire ropes). Safety-critical applications should be verified via testing.

The swage tool comes in a hard-wearing plastic case with a range of TECNI designed, hardened dies, perfect for on-site repairs or in the workshop, allowing you to hand swage your cable assemblies quickly and easily. 

The following die sets are supplied with each tool suitable for pressing:

• Code 2mm to Code 5mm hexagon dies for hexagonally swaging stainless steel standard swage fittings on 2mm to 5mm diameter steel cables.

• Code 4.5 to Code 9 aluminium or copper ferrules for forming loops, soft eyes and thimble reinforced eyes in 4mm to 8mm diameter steel cable. Not Suitable for Crimping Stainless Steel Ferrules.

The following die sets are available for this tool but are not supplied as standard:
Ball & shank ball die sets suitable for the MS20644 Ball fittings, BA3 Ball Fittings from 0.8mm (1/32") up to 5mm (3/16") onto compatible wire rope.
