- Round Dies - or "straight dies" - perfect for swaging ferrules
Provides strong reliable termination, once swaged the strength of the termination will be 90% of the minimum breaking load of the cable for Shank Ball Terminals, and 50% of the minimum breaking load of the cable for swage ball fittings, in line with EN Standard 13411-4:2011 (Terminations for steel wire ropes). Safety-critical applications should be verified via testing.
